Get your chat history out

Six small steps. Do them on this page while your phone waits with VineGraph open.

Your history goes straight from your assistant to your phone. VineGraph reads it on the phone. Nothing leaves it.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, tap your name, then Settings.
  2. Open Data controls and tap Export data.
  3. ChatGPT emails you a download link. Minutes, usually. Step away if you like. Come back when the email lands.
  4. Open that email on your phone and tap the download link.
  5. The download lands in the Files app. Tap it once and it unpacks.
  6. In VineGraph, tap Choose files and pick your chat history. It looks like conversations.json

Claude

  1. On claude.ai, tap your initials, then Settings.
  2. Open Privacy and tap Export data.
  3. Claude emails you a download link. Minutes, usually. Step away if you like. Come back when the email lands.
  4. Open that email on your phone and tap the download link.
  5. The download lands in the Files app. Tap it once and it unpacks.
  6. In VineGraph, tap Choose files and pick your chat history. It looks like conversations.json
